Nestled in the greenery, this family-friendly detached house offers a range of amenities for a splendid stay that includes a relaxing jacuzzi(both indoors and outdoors), a private garden, a shared pool with sunbeds, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area for having perfect alfresco meals in a restful environment. Along with an indoor sauna and a large massage tub for two guests, the house features an outdoor panoramic Finnish sauna in the form of a reclining barrel, accommodating up to 12 people. This newly-furnished house draws honeymoon couples and also welcomes families with children, elders, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.

Inside, this detached house is designed as an open unit with stylish interiors having a double bed, a sofa double bed and a dining area in the same living space. There is a well-appointed open kitchen equipped with essentials such as a cooker hob, Dolcegusto coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring a hassle-free stay. It also provides amenities such as a washing machine, air-conditioning and central heating for added convenience. Located on the secondary road, the quiet ambience and complimentary WiFi make it suitable for remote work. The outdoor jacuzzi is shared with the rest of the resort guests while the indoor jacuzzi is for private use.

Just a few meters away, there is a meadow as a part of the resort, where, depending on the season, you can pick local organic fruit. There is also a tiny garden with high beds, where you can pluck fresh homegrown tomatoes, peppers, parsley and some other spices.

Located on the hillside, in the serene Lower Sava Valley of Slovenia, Rihpovec is a small village that features historic landmarks such as the Rihpovec Church, a short 7-minute walk from the detached house. The Otočec Castle, situated on an island in the Krka River, provides a glimpse into Slovenia\'s rich history in just a 20-minute drive. In about an hour’s drive, guests can visit the Kozjansko Regional Park, renowned for its hiking paths and pristine natural surroundings. Meanwhile, families seeking adventure can make their way to the Olimje Adventure Park, reachable in 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

For day trips, guests can plan a visit to Ljubljana, Slovenia\'s captivating capital at a 40-minute car ride from the holiday house. Maribor, a city celebrated for its wine culture, is approximately 2 hours away. For your convenience, the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive from the house. The closest international airport, Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport, is about 50 minutes by car.
