Steeped in history, Strata Florida, meaning the ‘Valley of Flowers’, was once at the centre of Welsh life. It now has a visitor centre and lots of information about the Strata Florida Abbey.

Cors Caron is another fabulous place to visit, where you can listen to the birds and wildlife whilst walking around the marshes. If you are keen on cycling, you can bring your bikes and go for a long ride around the countryside.
