Located halfway between Concarneau and Pont-aven, this authentic Breton cottage nestles in the cove of Pouldohan, in the heart of a Natura 2000 classified area.
enjoying an exceptional location, it has its own access to the beach 15 meters from the house, it is the ideal place to come and spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle.
If you have a small boat, you will have the possibility of mooring the ring at the foot of the house!

this old fisherman's cottage was acquired by our grandparents after the second world war.

Passionate about boating, they discovered this region when they were forced to take a break in the port of Concarneau in the winter of 1939.

Our grandmother fell in love with this little corner of Cornwall between Odet and Belon and decided to put her trunks there ...
Much of the furniture is made up of that which once fitted the square of Ar Chaden, their boat which after being requisitioned ended its life off the Gironde estuary.

fond memories

we went here with our children 15 years ago and very much the same...idylic setting and very quiet with excellent sea/creek views. Not the most modern of facilities but a lovely place to stay. Wish the garden had been better maintained but rectified eventually.....A good holiday.

Lage am Seitenarm.... bei Ebbe kein Wasser bei Flut je nach Tide bis zu 2 m.Wanderweg direkt am Grundstück vor dem Wasser....reger Betrieb....Vorsicht vor Dieben....uns wurde am Ausflugstag das Surfbrett vom Grundstück geklaut....Küche und Bad müssen unbedingt renoviert werden....für 400 Euro die Nacht.....das geht nicht...Pool nicht nutzbar....war nach 3 Tagen komplett grün....Die Lage ist Nahe Concerneau....alles ist in 15 Minuten gut erreichbar

Speciaal huisje

Prachtige locatie, zicht op zee en mooie verzorgde tuin. Buitensalon, tafel en stoelen, ligbedden met kussens, alles top! Badkamer en keuken redelijk basic: geen afzuigkap en maar 1 toilet), potten, pannen, bestek en borden in overvloed. Bedden waren gedekt bij aankomst, handdoeken en washandjes, zeep en shampoo ter beschikking. Ruime eetplaats en salon met comfortabele zetels en houtkachel. Die hebben we een paar keer gebruikt. Boven ligt geen enkele vloer recht en dat heeft ook zijn charme. Veel geluk gehad met het weer dus een prachtige en lekkere (veel krab klaargemaakt) vakantie gehad. Een minpuntje: geen bbq aanwezig wel een elektrische grill. Die hebben we meermaals gebruikt. De bezoekers uit de natuur waren echt extra!

Urlaub mit Charakter

Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches, traumhaft gelegenes altes Haus direkt am Wasser. Das reetgedeckte Gebäude von 1866 erzählt von anderthalb Jahrhunderten am Meer. Die alten Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände vermitteln ein maritimes Flair, so dass man sich selbst bei Regen pudelwohl und behaglich fühlt. Der große Pool hinterm Haus lädt zum Baden ein, das Privatgrundstück ist riesig, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Umgebung besticht durch tolle Strände und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. In Concarneau ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor der Ville Close. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Petit coin de paradis

kleines gemütliches Häuschen direkt am Meer

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist Ideal für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Meer und mit dem Pool auch für Kinder geeignet. Gerne werden wir wiedereinmal unsere Ferien da verbringen.
