Nobus Villas opens its doors in 2023 in Messinia!
It consists of 2 separate, state-of-the-art, smart and energy passive houses.
The spacious Nobus Villas - 1, has a large private waterfall pool, bbq and large terraces with unlimited sea views and stunning sunsets.
It is located in a fenced area of 6000 m2 in a quiet area with few holiday homes. The sea is 250 meters away, and the nearest beach just 4 minutes by car.

Nobus Villas 2 is a new modern villa of 125 m2 with a large private waterfall type pool of 50 m2.

It is built with Smart Home and Passive House specifications for great thermal comfort throughout the year. You enjoy stable temperatures in all areas of the house, without humidity, with good & continuous ventilation, with a reduced carbon footprint. Each room has independent climate control.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (which are joined), on one level. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is integrated into the master bedroom.
The living area consists of a spacious living room with a 65-inch smart TV, a dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen.

The apartment has a washer-dryer in its own space.
The large terrace of Nobus Villas - 2 has a dining area, a living room as well as sunbeds - poufs to enjoy the amazing sunset, next to the pool, gazing at the Ionian sea.
The continuation of the terrace ends in the bbq area which also has a monastic table, grill, sink and bench for food preparation as well as an external shower, with a view of the sea and the island of Proti.

Additional amenities include: welcome basket, daily cleaning, bathrobe, towels (body, face and pool), slippers as well as branded bathroom amenities.

With the color touch screen at the entrance of the house, you can easily and automatically control all the blinds and lights of the house, garden and bbq. With the push of a button when you enter and leave the space you can activate all the lights and roller shutters in the house. You can even selectively turn on the garden and BBQ lights to relax during the afternoon and evening hours.
