The ground floor apartment offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families with children. It features three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living area with sofa bed and SAT-TV. Air conditioning and internet ensure comfort, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The 14 m² terrace with direct access to the garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors or spend relaxing hours in the sun. Two shady parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a grill can be used upon request. The quiet location without traffic noise guarantees restful days.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés, while water sports, boat trips, diving, or cycling tours are just a few minutes away. A leisure park for children is also easily accessible. The airport is only a few kilometres away, and public transport is nearby.



Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, final cleaning and the use of an additional bed for toddlers. The air conditioning can be used for an additional charge. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
