The house in question is located on Ciovo Island off the coast of Split, only one kilometer from the under UNESCO-listed town Trogir. A perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in Croatia with stunning sea views.

The 65m² apartment is on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a combined living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and the second with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm). There are also two sofa beds in the living room, which has a terrace door affording a lovely view of the sea. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, cooker hood, fridge and kettle. The dining space is right in front of the kitchen unit. The generous bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a mirror. Of course, the apartment is with air conditioning, satellite TV and a wireless Internet connection.

It is a functional house, partly built in 2009, with three beautiful apartments, all renovated and have modern furnishings.

The nearest beach is only 40 meters from the house and nearby there are other pebble, stone and concrete beaches. Shops can be found within a radius of 150 meters from the house. As an alternative to a bathing day to take a trip in the UNESCO town of Trogir. Your special atmosphere thanks to the city the Romans. If you go over the bridge to the old town, your journey begins through the exciting history of over 2000 years old. Narrow, romantic streets lead you to the historic buildings and squares, framed by a beautiful promenade. The city Split, which is about 30 kilometers away, you can visit.
