You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Troon Golf 2024
My place is an old stone school house build in 1900. The property has been extensively renovated and upgraded and is now a bright, sunny, warm and inviting home for 4 people. It is less than 15 minutes walk to Royal Troon golf course, Troon station is 5 minutes away, and it has private parking for two cars at the front of the property.
There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom/shower room, and both with single beds. A small entrance hallway leads into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living room also has a sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed, however, please note that there is no independent bathroom.
The property is private and very quiet - although it's an old school house, there is no noise after 3.15 pm, weekends and during the school holidays. The property is also fenced off with a private garden to the side and back.
A large local supermarket with a petrol station is a few minutes walk (5) even less if you drive.
Troon beach is 5 minutes walk.
