We actually liked everything about this property. The check in was very easy although we didn't expect to pay a $20.00 "incidental" fee. Hopefully this we will be refunded as there are no incidentals to be charged for. If there was something we didn't like was the prices of the restaurant breakfast items. We would have liked to have eaten there but went to a local cafe instead.

I definitely recommend staying here!! The staff was absolutely fantastic and always greeting you as you left and coming in. This place was absolutely clean and very nice and rooms were outstanding. Thank you again Marriott Courtyard for making our trip amazing.

Room was clean and large. Beds were comfy. Check in was quick. Hotel was quiet. Only issue is they had very soft watwr which made me feel I had to rinse solve over and over. Apparently, this is an issue throughout the city.

I liked the property because it was near the University, shopping centers, and the staff was very user friendly. The only shortcoming was there wasn’t a continental breakfast. Overall, I would stay at this property again.
