The living room is set with a queen pull out sofa that can be used for sleeping.
A rollaway twin cot is available upon request.

Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.

We have an event venue in this building, we may host events during your stay. There is an ongoing construction in the building that may result in some extra noise during the business hours.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $150 late fee.
6. This building has an event venue on the top floor. We may have events going on there during your stay.
7. There is an ongoing construction on the lower levels in the building. Some noise during the business hours may be expected.
