Horrible

The man that checked us in was very rude and had no idea what he was doing. Refused to let us have 2 keys and i asked for a room on the side of the building becaise we had a young dog that barks when theres alot going on outside. He refused. He tried tk charge me for 2 days that were already prepaid for and I had already showed him the receipt twice. He got mad when i told him we had dogs and said he had to start all over and I shoukd have said something. I told him I did say something. Thats why i asked for a room on the side of the building rather than up front. There were ants in the bathroom and dried up dog feces in the corner of the bedroom. We ended up staying 5 days. Housekeeping never came by 1 single time. We had to go to the office to get clean towels and toilet paper. And then they asled for ID for that. I had to go to the dollar general to get cleaning supplies. Staff is rude. One Indian man showed me hisblittle finger that had a long finger nail telling me that was a status symbol stating he doesnt do manual labor???? This happened when inwas complaining about how housekeeping never came by and thats what his response was to me. I wasnt asking him to clean but asking for someone to clean it.

The room was a great value for a no frills stay which is exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be more pleased. Downside, the a/c heater was loud enough I turned it off at night so it didn’t wake me up when it came on. Not a big deal as it wasn’t really needed all that much.

After the Alice Cooper trip

Here's how I rate: the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: the staff was super nice, the room, sheets, and towels were clean and the bed was comfy. The bad: a couple of flies and a spider that I killed. The ugly: THE PARKING LOT!

We stay here a few days per month for work. Its quiet and basic needs are met. Office staff os always friendly amd caring. Inlike that we can bring our dog and there are always other dogs. Offering a carry out breakfast of some sort would definitely brighten up the place. The only complaint we ever have is the male house keeper. Hes always rude and cranky. Never smiles and is never friendly. I guess that's just how he is.
