Great property overall. However, we were very disappointed with the lack of prep of the condo on arrival. We assumed from the advertisement that it was a wood stove with option for having a fire. We did not know this was a gas fireplace and the only heat source. That would later prove just fine but on arrival the room was ice cold at 40 degrees. Beds were ice cold as well. After turning on the thermostat and setting to 75, we noticed it was taking about 10 mins to move up one degree. At that rate it would be hours before the room was comfortable. We called Northstar housing to complain. They sent over a maintenance man who brought an electric heater. He was nice enough but there was nothing more he could do. He admitted room was not inspected. Temp should have been at 55. Would now take hours as outside temps were below 30 and there was snow up against the sliding door to the deck. We pulled down all the bedding, pillows and blankets and draped them over the chairs and benches and placed them near the fireplace. We then left for dinner. Fortunately on returning 3 hrs later there was progress with the room temp at 65. Our complaints were not quite over though. Next morning we noticed a coffee machine with coffee in it (not cleaned), no dishwasher detergent tablets, and a sample sized Palmolive liquid only half full, which wasn’t going to last a week. We understand the record snow and short staffing. Still a big disappointment for a place costing this much.

Nice place for price.

Clean property, clean place. All amenities (full kitchen, bbq, etc). Pleasantly surprised with accommodations for price.

Walking distance to Northstar. Didnt really think we should of had to pay to use the pool.

It was nice, but building was under construction. Took away from the experience a little. Other than that it was great.
