Located on a tranquil street near the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, this 3BR/2.5BA dome house presents an open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings and forest-view picture windows. A bonus loft provides children's games and toys, as well as a bunk bed. Dogs are also welcome!

When you stay at this forest escape, enjoy access to incredible amenities at the Trout Creek Recreation Center, the Tennis Center, and the Beach Club Marina.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the inviting living area. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the Roku TV, or relax within the central air conditioning.

Vaulted ceilings and picture windows flood the space with natural light and offer views of the towering trees.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and stone countertops.

Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it's time to dine, the table seats six for meals.

BED & BATH

The primary suite offers a king bed, gas-burning stove, desk, and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Accessed via a spiral staircase, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and desk; the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Open to the living area below, the adjacent loft is fitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is located on the lower level and includes a queen bed.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The forest-view balcony provides a gas grill.

*Tahoe Donner Amenity Passes*
The Tahoe Donner HOA has announced updates to their Guest Pass Policy,
effective February 1st.

This home provides *six guest passes* (one pass per person aged 3 and
older), granting access to all Tahoe Donner amenities. A daily fee of *$24
per person* applies for amenity usage.

*Important:* Any reservation that fails to return the guest passes will be
charged a *$250 replacement fee*.

Trout Creek Recreation Center amenities include:
- Lap pool and recreation pool
- Hot tubs
- Fitness center and classes
- Sauna
- Tahoe Donner Tennis Center
- Beach Club Marina
- Steam room

Parking for two cars in the driveway. In winter, an all-wheel-drive vehicle may be necessary to access the inclined driveway.

Access to the home is via a set of 18 exterior steps from the parking area. This property does not have air-conditioning. No parties allowed. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Eight maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) are permitted. STR21-00188

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
