On the home’s ground floor, you’ll find the mudroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, desk with computer monitor (and printer), lounge chair, deck access, a 55” smart TV, a Peloton bike, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, heated floors, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed, lounge chair, direct deck access, 50” smart TV, and ensuite bath with double vanity, heated floors, and walk-in shower. The private hot tub is accessible from both bedrooms.

On the main level, you’ll find the home’s communal living space. The open-concept kitchen and living room offer plenty of space for the whole family to relax and spend time together. Guests will love the large 65” smart TV, Sonos speakers, and gas fireplace to keep you warm during the Tahoe winters. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen and dining area offers everything you need to make a meal at home (or enjoy takeout from The Sawyer at Schaffer’s Mill!), along with a Nespresso Creatista machine. The main level also features a powder room and access to the main deck where guests can enjoy the outdoor gas fireplace, in-ceiling speakers, and the beautiful view of the Carson Mountain Range.

On the upper level, guests will find the other two bedrooms. The bunkroom features a bunk bed with full size top and bottom bunks, a leather couch, 55” smart TV, desk, and ensuite bath with double vanity, heated floors, and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed, desk with computer monitor, 50” TV, and ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

This custom built 3100 sq ft home was completed in mid-2020 on a cul-de-sac surrounded by mature trees. 4 bedrooms, all ensuite so no one has to share!

2 BR up and 2 BR down so especially great for 2 families to have some privacy. 15 min bike ride to downtown Truckee, 15 min drive to Northstar slopes, and 25-minute drive to Kings Beach. Super-fast internet and desks with monitors in each room and printer for remote work/school in between the fun!
