Luxury 4BD Village at Northstar Residence - Iron Horse South 412

Park your car in the underground garage and forget about it, because this luxurious four bedroom residence is located in the Iron Horse South building in the heart of the Village at Northstar. In the morning, simply grab your gear and be the first to hit the mountain. Whatever your adventure, you are close enough to take a quick break in your residence or warm up by your own fireplace. Then, enjoy an aprÚs-ski drink in the Village or on your private balcony where you can take in views of the Village, skating rink, and mountain vistas. This beautiful, 4th floor Iron Horse South residence offers custom cabinetry with unique stained-glass, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gourmet kitchen and slate floors. 

Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Iron Horse South Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy some time together. The condo was large enough for all families. Lots of room. The views were over looking the rink and fire place. Such a fun and beautiful place. The fire pit in the evenings were great to hang around. We loved it!

Overall great stay. Good location and unit is very nice. Only complaint is the mattress is the front bedroom is in desperate need of being replaced. Slops to the center and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing stay

We loved everything about the room. It had everything we could have wanted and more. It was just beautiful, incredibly spacious, and we loved the location of our room at the resort. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy live music in the evenings. We would have loved to have more restaurants and stores open but the restaurants we went to were delicious. Would love to come back!

Great property!

Check-in was easy and no hassel. The check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean property with modern decor and appliances. Very quiet and a beautiful morning view. Renter was responsive to emails, which is always a plus. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again!

Excellent condo!

We loved our stay but cut too short due to the big storm. Everything in the condo was great. My only recommendation would be to put a key pad on the ski locker. We had 6 adults skiing at different times and different runs. It was a bit to coordinate who had the key last.

Spring Break

The property was fantastic and the condo was just as described. It was conveniently located in the middle of the village. Sadly Tahoe got too much snow and rain so the ice rink was closed the entire time we were there and some of the shops and the mountain were closed for a couple of days. We still had a fantastic time nonetheless and I would highly recommend this host. If we go back to Northstar we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Multigenerational family trip

Wanted to say how nicely this worked for our multigenerational family trip. Loved that there was dining table and chairs to fit everyone together. Room for everyone in the living room together. Layout of the unit meant that those up early could be in the living/dining/kitchen end, while the bedroom end was far enough away that others could sleep in. Wifi was great. Kitchen stocked enough so we ate most meals in the unit. Nice large entry area with closet for all snow gear. Washer/Dryer handy. Short walk to gondola and up to skiing (4 minutes) - but then skied right to building when coming back. Storage locker deep enough for 8 sets of skies, poles, and snowboards. Took our boots up to the unit. Loved the hot tubs - we used them every evening and no one else did!

Great location!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing! Very clean, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots and pans etc. Dining room with 10 chairs so room at the table for the 8 of us. My only complaint is that I tried to call for a late check out and the message states that if you stay on the line you will be charged for the call. I hung up and sent a text(number provided in the binder) No one ever answered me. Also the wifi password in the binder is incorrect. The correct code is on the router. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing at Northstar!
