2. This unit provides 2 parking spaces in a shared parking lot. All parked vehicles must display 1 of the 2 parking passes provided. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
