Housekeeping was alternate days, when they came one time one of the beds was not made. The air vents in the bathroom were dirty. Unclean rooms, carpets & furniture. Absolutely valueless breakfast food and $10/day for parking. Bad value for $$$

The only deficiency was the breakfast. It wasn't on time and was a little blah. I watch as the linemen waited and then were disappointed. Everything else was great.

The swimming pool and "hot tub" were tiny in size. Not large or deep enough for am adult to actually swim much. No jacuzzi jets in the pool that was considered a hot tub. Staff were very friendly. Pretty surroundings. Close to restaurants and trails in the Truckee area.

Holiday Inn is way better

A/C is old and noisy, and it blows right into the guest near it. Bed is too high for a short person. Shower head is old and clogged and water pressure is too low. Not even a shower head with a hose Breakfast is pretty lousy and ends at 9 AM??? This hotel is not even 3 stars and definitely should not be a Marriott subsidiary.

We liked the hotel very much but were wondering how come you charge for parking when there is more than enough and parking spaces were not being used. After all we stayed in your facility. We don't plan to stay there next time as other places don't charge for parking.
