Amazing House and Experience!!

10/10 would recommend visiting this home! Arrival instructions were very helpful and clear. I really appreciated the 24/7 concierge service, which I used to help book activities during my stay and figure out how to use some of the high-tech features of the house. Most hotels pale in comparison to this rental. Between the professional desks, the gym, the hot tub, and all of the outdoor seating spaces, I truly felt like I was on vacation. Can’t wait to come back here during snowboard season.

Beautiful setting, could be a great rental, but there were many things not working that impacted our enjoyment of the house. While the hosts were responsive by text, they did not actually resolve any of the issues during our stay (only attempting to fix one of them at a time we couldn’t make work; not offering to resolve anything else). Some of the issues:1 - one of the bedroom pocket doors was completely off the track, stuck halfway and unusable (extra fun when it shares a hallway with the two other bedrooms and kitchen).2 - half the electronic blinds were not functioning and stuck in the down position, making it tough to enjoy the view!3 - garage door did not work (a known but undisclosed issue).4 - tons of ants in the kitchenThere was more, but you get the point. These are things that were all likely known in advance (unlikely a cleaning crew or previous guest miss them?). The house is for sale and sadly it’s likely that they are just mailing it in on maintaining it at this point. Recommend staying elsewhere.

Disappointing

Bit of an odd layout, but I can get past that. A partial list of my disappointments black hair on the duvetmore black hair in the master bathnew stemware (that's great) with the stickers on them (not fun to remove and wash), same for some of the towelstrash container already too full for us to add anything (with a broken hinge so it was difficult to open to begin with)bathrobe hook in the master bath had been pulled out of the wall so there was a hole filled partially with silicone caulkmaster bath LED light does not have a proper LED switch so it pulses with light during the night and with no door from the bedroom to the bed you see it. Also if you want to get ready in the morning before the other person in bed there is no blocking the light or any noise. The Pluses bathrobes are very goodcomfy couchesgood viewsNespresso machine is greateasy check-in and outthermostats everywhere - not sure the HVAC worked that well thoughAll in all for something branded Luxury, I should not notice where water leaks/stains have been and I should be able to get up in the morning and not wake my partner in bed with light and water noise etc.
