With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 9 beds, there's plenty of room for families and groups to settle in comfortably. The home is allowed up to 10 guests, plus additional children 13 years old and younger, making the flexible sleeping arrangement especially well suited for families traveling together.



The heart of the home is the spacious vaulted great room, where tall windows bring in the surrounding pine forest and golf course views. Gather around the gas fireplace after a day outside, relax on the comfortable seating, or settle in for a movie on the 75" smart TV with streaming apps.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to family dinners around the large dining table, which seats up to 10 with additional seating at the kitchen island. A dual-sided stone fireplace creates a cozy connection between the kitchen and great room.



Kids have their own dedicated space in the bunk room, featuring two twin-over-full bunk sets plus twin trundle beds. There's also a built-in desk for homework or remote work, while the home's additional bedrooms provide comfortable retreats for adults.



Outside, the large deck is surrounded by towering pines and overlooks the Tahoe Donner golf course. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a meal outdoors, or simply relax in the peaceful mountain setting.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite: Queen bed, Pack-n-Play, TV, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and TV.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and TV.

Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds plus two twin trundle beds, creating a flexible setup that's especially great for kids. The upper bunks are best suited for smaller children due to the 100 lb. weight limit.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Primary Ensuite: Full bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bathroom 2 – Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom serving the upper-level bedrooms.

Bathroom 3 – Main Level: Full bathroom conveniently located on the main level.

Nestled within the serene and picturesque Tahoe Donner community, our cabin offers a tranquil escape surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air. You will find yourself perfectly positioned right on the sixteenth fairway of the Tahoe Donner Championship Golf Course, offering beautiful views and immediate access to outdoor recreation. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and family friendly, making it an ideal retreat for all seasons. Tahoe Donner Ski Resort is just a short drive of about 1.7 miles away, while the vibrant charm and historic dining and shopping options of downtown Truckee are easily accessible by car. Guests can also enjoy community amenities including pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and saunas, all located within the resort area (for an additional charge).



Getting Around:

To make the most of your mountain getaway, we recommend traveling by car as public transportation options are limited in the Tahoe Donner area. Our home offers ample parking with a two car garage and a spacious driveway that can accommodate up to six vehicles in total. Please note that parking on the street is prohibited. If you are flying in, the Reno Tahoe International Airport is the closest major hub, typically located about a forty five minute to one hour drive away depending on traffic and weather conditions.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details.
