At our luxury LussVelika you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in the stunning and charming countryside. Whether you prefer to spend a day on the sandy beaches nearby or a day exploring the nearby mountain walks our villa is the perfect place for you. LussVelika is ideally positioned on the doorstep of Strandja National Park - one of Bulgaria’s most beautiful National Parks in the picturesque Velika village and is 7 minutes drive to the nearest local sandy beach.
The space
LussVelika is not an ordinary Bulgarian style villa. It has its own uniqueness and charm and you can find a rich international heritage throughout the villa. From the pictures on the walls to the bedrooms furniture you can find a piece of Bulgaria, Scotland, England, China, Hong Kong and India.
On arrival to our home you can enjoy complimentary goodies with a welcome pack of information to help make your stay a better experience.
At the top of the villa you will find a sunroof terrace with a panoramic view of the village by day and the stars by night. Enjoy a cool long drink while you soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided for your comfort or even cook a romantic meal for two at the BBQ and watch the night sky and the Milky Way. For your convenience table and chairs are also provided.
Outdoor space:
• Dining area. Seats up to 8 people.
• Kitchen area, which includes electric cooker, food preparation area, sink, BBQ
• Lounge area for relaxation with comfortable sofas and chairs
• Relax and enjoy the outdoor experience amidst flowers, citrus tree and grape vines
Inside space:
On the ground floor there are an entrance hallway, family bathroom, TV room, air-conditioned open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.

On the first floor we have three spacious and individually themed bedrooms to express our love of travel:
India Bedroom – en-suite front bedroom with a taste of India, it has two single beds, A/C, and a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the front of the house with views of Strandja Mountains.
Morocco Bedroom - a family bedroom with a hint of Morocco, ideal for two adults and two children, it has two single beds with a sofa bed that will sleep two, A/C and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs. A travel cot is available for smaller guests and the bathroom is across the hallway.
China Bedroom – a double bedroom, en-suite with beautiful bespoke lacquered furniture and oriental pictures, personalised with a handmade throw. It has an A/C, hair dryer and a wraparound balcony with table and chairs.
On the second floor there is a sunroof terrace with a panoramic view of the village, sun loungers, BBQ with table and chairs provided for your comfort and enjoyable holiday.
Guest access
Guests can access public rooms and three bedrooms.
Other things to note
There is a small key deposit required upon arrival which will be returned when the keys are handed back at the end of your stay.
Cat allergies. We have two outdoor cats who think they own the property, if you are at all concerned please take this into account before booking.
Please be aware that this is our home and it will be handed over in a clean and tidy condition. We would ask that you respect this and leave our home in a clean and acceptable condition.
We reserve the right to apply a cleaning charge if needed.
