It's a great location, only 5 mins walk from the station, includes a fantastic breakfast, the staff give you new towels everyday and the check-in/checkout process was fast and efficient.

The facility and room are spotless. The staff seem to be professional. The charge amazingly reasonable. A convenience store located right next to the hotel. The only pet peeves is the size of the room. There is no room to widely open a large suitcase. This may be normal per the Japanese standard especially in middle of downtown, but not for people from outside of Japan. Would I stay here again even so ? Absolutely !

Location: just a few minutes to the station. Rooms: new, fresh, clean, spacious and quiet, you can control room temperature by yourself and open the window if needed. Staff: kindly responded to all my requests, amazing service. Amenities: we really appreciate this hotel providing high quality free female amenities set Cost: very good quality for this price - Breakfast: there were no allergen signs during the breakfast and the food was cheap. I didn't have much to eat as vegan (only rice and lettuce). Considering that it was a free breakfast, I should not have any complaints, but when I was choosing this hotel, breakfast was one of the main reasons to stay here.
