Convenient for the institute I was visiting but far from Tsukuba center. Free shuttle bus is available. Clean basic Japanese hotel if you need to be in this area. Good italian restaurant in the hotel and also fast food and other options nearby.

チェックイン時に大浴場含めた施設の説明は一切ない。あると記載されていたコインランドリーも実際はなく、これまた可能と書かれていた客室の空調設定も個別で変えるのは不可で一括管理。特に気になったのはベッドや壁の蓄積された汚れと老朽化。海外以外でこんなに怖い感じの宿は初めてかもしれない。

宿泊施設はレストランが付いており一見綺麗なホテルです。が、トイレがちょっと。汚かっなりのところはありました。当然スタッフの方は対応がとても良く周りの近所にはスーパーやコンビニ等々、駅近くのホテルとは変わらない印象です。
