PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is not private and SHARED with the owners who live in the front 3-bedroom, 2-bath house. Casita guests will have their own private entrance via a gate and use a front door keypad to enter the Casita.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

This is a great walking location, close to entertainment districts. The Casita was clean and had everything I needed for a 1 week stay.

The property was particularly clean and the host communication was 10/10. The bed and linens were good and comfortable. The bed has a dust mite protector on it which this asthmatic appreciated. There was a small supply of coffee and tea which alleviated the need to go for groceries the first night and ice in the trays looked fresh. The kitchen is well appointed for simple meals or left overs. The location is great if you like to walk to restaurants and breweries as there are many within a 20 minute walking radius. The train rumbles by frequently but we didn’t hear any screeching brakes or clanging so it wasn’t an issue for us; it was quieter than some. There was road repair the first morning but they can’t control that :). They use a third party app you need to register for and there is an additional fee. They refer to it as “boarding pass” but it downloads as ENSO. It works very well for having all your property information at one touch. I don’t recall what the fee is for exactly, but it is not reflected in the total paid through VRBO.
