đ ïž Fence & Backyard Work Notice
Please note: A section of the property fence has minor preâexisting damage. Temporary repairs are in place, and a new metal fence is scheduled for installation soon. Between 8 AM and 3 PM, there may be some noise in the deep backyard area as workers reinforce the back gate for added security. Workers will access the backyard through side entrances only and will not enter the house. Rest assured, you will not be disturbed indoors.
