The property is fabulous! It is small home living at its best! Every space is effectively used and the overall set up is comfortable. Location is 5 minute walk from North Campus, and under 10 to the med center. The AC units are GREAT! Water pressure throughout is very strong. W/D in the unit are a bonus. And the mattresses are some of the best ever in a VRBO. Communications with the host were very prompt, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Tucson!!

Perfect stay

House was perfect for our group of 4. Very tastefully decorated and had sufficient utensils etc for our stay. Very clean and fresh smelling upon entry. We made great use at night of the outdoor seating, very peaceful. So close to the downtown, and a very reasonable price if you want to take an Uber. Host was very obliging and checked in to make sure all was ok. Would highly recommend!

Great place for up to 3 people

Truly the best stay we’ve had in Tucson in the past 4 years! Our son graduates in May and I’m truly sorry I just found this now.
