Classic Tucson build. Older, but extremely clean and cozy. Large fenced property feels almost like an oasis within town. Parking is available in the rear of the property. There is a rear casita used only for storage (no other renters).

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Clean and pleasant. Nice to have a fenced yard and shaded patio areas for a dog. Hosts were very friendly and on top of checking in to make sure everything went smoothly.
The house was fine. Clean and tidy. When arriving at the house at 11:00 PM - lighting of the address and getting in the gate was terrible. I had to park the car in the back of the house (alley) - which provided no indication of the address. I also did not like having to buy insurance before I could rent. Won't stay with this company again.
We stayed at the property for two weeks in January 2025. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the University and downtown. The yard is completely walled for privacy and there is covered parking in the back alleyway, accessible out the back gate. The online description and pictures are accurate and the posted floor plan is very helpful.
The property matched its listing perfectly and was incredibly accommodating. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and beautifully maintained, much like other homes in Tucson that I admire. The amenities surpassed those of a typical hotel, featuring a spacious kitchen and lovely yards both in the front and back. This rental provides excellent value and comfort, making it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area
