A very unique property. We were skeptical of no on site personnel but everything went without a hitch. The property is immaculate and the room exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying again the next time we come to the Old Pueblo.

We have thought about adding 24 hours desk staff on-site for check in but we would not be able to maintain our amazing low rates for a downtown location. It may not be worth raising rates 100 per night to have 24 hour check in staff. We are glad our location was convenient for you to enjoy city centre. We have now made this hard go to place in downtown Tucson. Easy walking to great restaurants, bars and music venues. And nice outdoor spaces.

It was a self check in, we had the whole parking lot to ourselves, the experience was easy and we had a really good time and it was in walking distance of downtown Tucson. The room was really nice and cozy! I would definitely stay again!!
