I play a lot of blackjack. I have hosts throughout vegas and some cruise lines. The sode bets and especially the Free Bet blackjack variations are awful. I cannot fathom how a buffet closes at 7pm on a friday night. We then tried to go to sushi and were told it was a 90 minute wait for our pwrty of 3 although the restaurant was half empty and there was not a single person seated at the sushi bar. We ghen tried mobys which was a 40 minute wait and again the restaurant was mostly empty. What horrific service and staffing. Do better we have options.

No maid service for 4 day. Had to go ask front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. Front dest staff was amazing especially the young man who worked till 11pm he was 19, sorry i forgot his name. He also had a pony-tail.
