Staff were very friendly except for the security guards which were extremely rude. They should go to diversity training to learn to deal with people from all walks of life. They were very flippant and quite unhelpful when I asked simple directions/questions. My adult autistic son was harassed a couple of times, both when I was not in his presence and neither provoked. This is the only reason that will keep me from returning.

Use to love coming here. I had to book a room twice because my friend was in the hospital. The first room the floor was wet, the second room I booked there was trash on the floor and hair on the bed that was not mine and the towels had stains. They have gone down hill
