This townhouse sits in a private, upscale community with mountain views. There are two community pools with hot tubs, lounge areas, exercise room privileges, and more. It is a very quiet, monitored, and safe community.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse (and shared pool community spaces).

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.

1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.

3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.

4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.

6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.

7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.

8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement:
a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only
b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address
c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

Wonderful location

Just finished 3 month stay. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and great hiking. Kitchen was well stocked but pots and pans are old. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean and well reviewed in pictures. Small problems were managed quickly. Orange couch in living area needs to be covered or replaced. Overall, my stay was excellent.

Wonderful Stay!

I was visiting Tucson for Business travels, this was a wonderful location, very clean, corner spot, covered parking and reasonably priced, not to mention great mountain views! Beautiful Stay in the Catalina Foothills

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend over the fourth July. Wonderful neighborhood in the foothills close to Sabino Canyon Recreation Area and Easy Access to both city amenities but also heading up into the Mt Lemmon area to escape the heat and enjoy the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, very comfortable accommodations, very clean, neat. Great neighborhood overall and access to the pool, wifi, etc was wonderful. We had a great stay!

Perfect for my dad and me

I vacationed with my father to see his brother in Tucson and this was the perfect spot for us to have our own space but be close to my uncle. Property was clean and modern and the pool was a bonus. The owners were very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Very nice, comfortable and clean!

This condo was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. I loved that it had smart TVs, the couches were comfortable and it had everything we needed. I would of liked if the king bed was an actual king bed and not twin beds put together. The owners were easy to communicate with and helpful! They also offered an early check in for a fee and that was very accomodating. Overall this was a great place and I would stay again!

Condo in the Greens at Sabino Canyon

Floors and baseboards have not been cleaned for a while and should be done asap. Few bugs around too. Would have appreciated a broom or vacuum cleaner due to our long stay. Loved the location, quiet, pool and workout area.
