Are you are looking for a special home to relax and rejuvenate?

Nestled beneath Beehive Peak and the Tucson Mountains, this property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat and experience the ultimate in Arizona indoor/outdoor living.

The home features a unique floorplan with two primary bedrooms with ensuites on opposite ends of the house so it is perfect if you are traveling with another couple or just want your own space.

Suite one is furnished rustic leather and wood finishes, with a king bed, convertible twin sofa sleeper, perfect for kids, a desk (wireless printer available) and 55" TV. The bath features a water closet and walk in shower with wand and bench.

Suite two is furnished with soft gold accents and just the right touch of bling, a king bed, wing back chair with ottoman, 55" TV. The bath features a large soaking tub, walk in shower, water closet and double sinks.

Suite three is furnished with velvety gray chair and queen bed. The 3rd bath is just outside this suite and has a full standard tub and shower.

The kitchen features a large island with four bar stools, gas range, double oven, French door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dish washer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and Keurig with complimentary pods. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your baking and cooking needs. The pantry has complimentary spices and essentials.

The dining area seats six and is beautifully furnished with a solid wood table and comfortable tufted chairs. There is additional seating at the island.

The great room features a 55" TV, two full size sofas, a recliner, ottomans and nesting tables.

The patio features a table with seating for six, sofa sectional, swing chair and gas grill. A second patio features beautiful views of both Beehive Peak and Pig Mountain (see if you can find the pig) and a beautifully landscaped back yard with seven palm trees for a resort like feel and perfect for Arizona style outdoor living.

The entry hall cabinet is full of a variety of games and puzzles.

There is high-speed internet throughout, Firestick, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Smart TV with voice control remote.

Just 13 miles from University of Arizona.

Ten minutes from Casino del Sol.

Ten minutes from Spectrum Center with movie theater, tons of shopping and restaurants.

Hypoallergenic dogs under 25lbs welcome upon request for an additional $75 fee.

Perfect place to stay when we were in town for U of A Family Weekend! House was updated, very clean, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Quiet, very safe neighborhood, and really nice trails just beyond the end of the road for a morning walk. Easy 15-20ish minute drive up to campus, but there was a Starbucks etc within a mile. We would absolutely stay at this home again when in town to visit our son!

A great stay

As soon as we walked in we all said to each other that this is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. It is completely as advertised. We are all cooks, and the kitchen and pantry were well equipped and supplied. The two master bedrooms provided great space and privacy. We did experience a loud band next door (holiday celebration), and Melissa took care of it by having the police show up asking them to be considerate. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Wonderful stay

The house is in one of the nicer looking neighborhoods in Tucson. It was easy to get to Kino Sports Complex where our Granddaughter’s soccer tournament was being played and the Tucson Airport. Lots of shopping close. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group. We were a little disappointed that the neighbors played loud music every night we were there (Wed.- Sun) with Saturday night being a large group that went till 3:00 in the morning. However, that isn’t something the host can control. The things that could be controlled by the host were great.

We couldn’t have been happier staying at this home. The owners were so kind and helpful with everything. The house was clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need or want. Tucson perfection

I’m in Tucson working for 4 months, and I have had terrible luck with housing until here. I chose this place because I had expected to have my family with me, but plans changed, however it was perfect for everyone. Feels like home!

Our second stay here but this time for a full month. Very comfortable home for us and our small dog with everything we needed. We hosted nearby and visiting family a few times and had plenty of space inside and out. Great patio and outdoor space and we so enjoyed sitting out there especially in the evenings! 1st Grandchild Visit

My husband who has ADA needs, his sister and our 5 yr old dog who’d never been this far from home visited in April. The property is beautiful, well appointed and sparkling clean. The neighborhood is well maintained and there is a trailhead right at the end of the street. The only negative related to the fact that there was no hand held shower wand in the master bathroom and there was no dresser drawer space in either of the bedrooms. Otherwise, it is truly a beautiful place that I would highly recommend. Also, the host was very great at communicating.

A Great Week

We came to Tucson to watch a week of the NJCAA soccer national tournament with our puppies. This home was fantastic and perfect for us. So very much like home and comfortable, near hiking and with space in the back for our dogs to play. A wonderful place!

Great Stay!

This was a great house to stay at for our visit to Tucson. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and very well appointed, and beds are comfortable. The backyard is very large and private. It's very close to an array of trails that venture into Tucson Mountain Park, and the house is an easy drive to downtown/University of Arizona. Would definitely stay here again.
