All bedrooms have smart tv's as well as the main living room for you to use your entertainment apps on WIFI. Home, baths and kitchen fully stocked, coffee tea & waffles. Laundry. Ample parking. Private back yard with a sparkling pool (NOT heated) Pool servicing is Weekly/bi-wkly, Thur/Fri from 8a-2p. BBQ, stand alone spa and seating area outside. Home offer three bedrooms and an office with futon in home. Cozy, large living room with additional seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Waffle, coffee and tea bar area. Full sized laundry in garage with soaps. All amenities in home and drinks are complimentary. Trash bins are located in alley, through gate in back yard fence, monitored by the city. Dogs only. No cats.
