Curated so you feel special in every corner of the 2,800 sqft house and detached Casita. Blending the indoors & outdoors in every room, you have access to multiple private patios, heated pool, hot tub, firepit, and outdoor seating. Choose privacy or group activities, the house can easily accommodate a large group of friends, couples, or families.

With work desks in every bedroom, this is perfect for remote workers or anyone needing a private workspace. Cozy organic cotton bedding from Quince and blackout curtains are used throughout the home. Our guests are scoring their highest sleep score ever.

-GREEN BEDROOM-
The Green Bedroom has a King bed with private attached bathroom, walk-in shower, rainfall showerhead, oversized bathtub, and monochromatic green theme. The slider door takes you to a large private outdoor patio to enjoy the early morning sun or peaceful nights.

-PINK BEDROOM-
The Pink Bedroom has a King bed and selfie-inspired tile headboard with large patio slider door with direct access to the pool, hot tub, and backyard. This one is special. The 3rd bathroom is next to this bedroom, but not attached.

-PRIMARY SUITE-
The Primary Suite has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with private attached en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, rainfall showerhead, and monochromatic pink theme. Full glass in the shower brings in the sun along with access out to your own private patio, separate from the other spaces.

-CASITA-
The Casita is the 4th bedroom/bathroom and is a separate studio space in the backyard for anyone who wants or needs extra space and privacy. Queen bed, couch, 55” Smart TV, and a full bathroom with rainfall showerhead. The kitchenette has a two burner cooktop, oven/microwave, and refrigerator. It is well stocked with the essentials to enjoy a meal and be self-sustaining.

-LIVING & DINING ROOM-
The living room and dining room have multiple seating options for viewing the 75” Smart TV and DVD collection with Sonos speaker. There is a piano, guitar, record player, card games, and board games so you everyone has their choice of fun.
Two patio doors give access to the side patio, outdoor dining, fire pit, and backyard from the living room.

-POOL, HOT TUB, & OUTDOOR SPACES-
Brand new Pebbletec pool and in-ground hot tub with plenty of in-pool seating. Maximum depth is 5.5’, we provide a few floaties, noodles, basketball hoop, football, and kids dive toys. The hot tub has strong jets and the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
The side patio has outdoor dining with string lights and is next to the gas firepit with a custom couch.

-KITCHEN-
Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and cookware you’ll need for cooking family meals. Cozy coffee corner next to the large patio slider keeps everyone close with access to the pool.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case-by-case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.
The house, casita, and property are entirely private and available for your use. There is free street parking in front of the house and two garage spots with EV charging.

Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee of $30/day may be applicable.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case-by-case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate you.
If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.
