Stunning New breathtaking cottage.

This 5-bedroom Ontario cottage rental is located on Gunter Lake approximately 30 minutes south of Bancroft. The interior features an open kitchen, dining, and living area (with propane fireplace) all under a 25-foot cathedral ceiling with magnificent views of the lake.

To the side of the dining room, there is an awe-inspiring 3-season sunroom with a walkout to the deck, fantastic lake views, satellite TV, comfortable furniture, and a large table – you won’t want to leave this room!

The other side of the cottage features a principal bedroom with a walkout to the deck, a three-piece washroom with a walk-in tile shower, and another bedroom.

The walkout lower level features three more bedrooms, a 3-piece washroom, and another living room with great lake views, satellite TV, and a pool table! There is also another beautiful covered sitting area overlooking the lake!

There is also a large sleeping room about the garage, with heat, A/C, and a 2-piece washroom.

The lot is sloped down to the lake and there is a small sandy area and entry for younger children to enjoy. The water at the end of the 16-foot dock is approximately 4 feet deep sloping to deeper water as you go out. A paddleboat and canoe are also available for your use.
This is a beautiful location with all the amenities and comforts!

Bdrms: 5 plus room above the garage. (The main floor of the cottage has two bedrooms, a king with sliding door walkout to the deck & the other bedroom is a double. There is a 3pc washroom with a walk-in shower on this floor. The walkout lower level has three bedrooms, queen, queen, and double with a bunk bed. The bunk beds are more suited for children. There is also a 4pc washroom.
The room over the Garage has a double, double, and single along with a 2pc washroom – sink, and toilet.) **The room above the Garage is closed From Oct 13-May 2**

Gunter Lake is located approximately 40 minutes Southeast of Bancroft (45 minutes North of Madoc). It is a medium-sized lake that is approximately 180 acres in size with a maximum depth of 60 feet. It’s known for great Bass Fishing including Large Mouth Bass. Great ice fishing for perch as well. Great year-round access, only approximately 60 cottages, limestone base lake with great water quality.

Great snowmobiling with numerous trails!! The cottage is located on trail 960 -Egan Creek Trail, part of the Old Hastings Snowriders in District 2.

Truly stunning property both interior and exterior. True to the listing. Our family and friends absolutely enjoyed the short stay. The cottage is really well set up and clean providing a nice ambient for our group to enjoy and relax day and night. Loved the campfire spot which is at an elevation giving a stunning view of the lake while enjoying the campfire.

Beautiful Gem, Tucked away on a tranquil and open lake

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible with our group. The cottage was immaculate with a beautiful view of the lake, perfect for a relaxing get away. We also had a big group and it was not an issue at all, we had plenty of space, we often our whole family was there until we congregated for dinner. I strongly recommend this cottage, it was awesome and worth the drive to Tutor and Cashel. 5 stars!
