They put us on floor 4 which is the dog floor: Literally where they send people with animals. We woke up to a dogs barking for ages and it messed up our whole day. Tired kids are not fun. They offered to do absolutely nothing

Parking was complicated as I originally wasn’t sure where to enter, but not hard to find a spot after sorting. One thing I was not aware of was the staff needing a card on file that was not the card I paid with. I had to use an emergency credit card which I am lucky I had because I would be just out a hotel for the night…

Meh.

They charged me an extra $25 a night to park my vehicle. Breakfast was not complimentary and way overpriced,so was everything in the snack area. Only good thing was it was located in a convenient spot.

Fantastic stay!

This hotel was extremely clean and modern. Great location and incredibly friendly staff. The bartender was very personable and the drinks were on point. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again!
