Extremely bad room service

I ended up staying for 3 nights. However, on my way out on day 2 at 10.00am I requested from the cleaners who were working on a room adjacent to mine for my room to be serviced. I returned at 2pm and my room was still not serviced. I contacted reception and they said they would get it serviced straight away. at 5pm I went back down to reception and informed them I still did not have my room cleaned so I requested towels. So for 3 days I did not have my room serviced at all
