We booked a nice suite that had a living room and bedroom area however it was next to the mechanical room which had an awful smell like burning fumes going off it’s not as if a fire would break out at any moment so we asked to switch rooms. But they were no more suites available so they had to downgrade us to a regular room and all they said was because we booked through a third-party (hotels.com) they couldn’t do anything about the difference in rate But they also didn’t do anything to make up for the fact we had to change rooms at to no fault of our own. They could’ve comped the valet or comp the breakfast but they really didn’t care about the fact it smelled like their building was going to burn down and we lost out on the nicer room we had booked. Also ordered a drink at the rooftop terrace it was very disgusting and it was weird that the terrace barrier was so high you can’t even see any view of the city at all so it defeats the purpose of having a rooftop lounge

The rooms are very spacious. It was a full suite with kitchen. We really enjoyed it there. We will return again whenever we’re in Tulsa.

This is an iconic hotel that is just gorgeous. We had dinner at the 1925 and the food was delicious. The Starbucks coffee shop is conveniently located just off the lobby and has lots of nice memorabilia showcasing the hotel's history. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and firm. Would love to stay here again if we're in the Tulsa area.

Best hotel stay I have had and didnt even grt to use much of the amenities! The valet servicewas worth it, as we went on a concert night! The vintage, classy vibe is truly the best. Top notch AC for sleeping.

This is supposed to be a top notch luxury property. I booked a suite with a full kitchen. The full sized refrigerator was not cold. The ice maker was not on. The kitchen did not have dishes nor utensils. The sink did not have dish soap, paper towels or dishwasher detergent. The phone was oddly placed- inside a lamp- and not plugged in. The bedroom didn’t even have a phone. The furniture was devoid of any kind of decor. It was just… weird. The historic property itself is lovely and the staff was friendly. But room service ends early and the food menu in the bar is very limited.
