It was difficult to navigate the amenities offered to me. I asked for assistance on the beach shuttle and i was told to scan a QR code. It did not work for me and the gentleman at the adventure desk told me thats the only way. He did not help me. The credit i was offered for food was to be used at breakfast or the WXYZ restaurant. You can only choose one during the day, that was not clear, and i was disappointed . They were housekeeping issues i will not elaborate.

The routes are totalled , do not rent a car , just move your self in taxi if budget allow it

OK, but far from interesting stuff
Posted Jan. 3, 2024 on HotelsAloft Tulum wasn't the best hotel for a family trip. It is far from all but a few restaurants, as well as the Tulum ruins and the beaches. We had a car and the hotel does offer parking, but it's hard to find parking everywhere else in Tulum. The area around the hotel is really noisy at night (particularly on the weekends), which is probably great if you are young but not so great for a family that wants to hit the beach early tomorrow morning.
