LA MAISON MANATI: In a still preserved area, "La Maison Manati" is a sea-front villa, facing south and ideally located between the lagoon and the jungle.
The access to the turquoise water is protected by the coral reef, which will allow you to swim and snorkel safely inside the lagoon (unlike ocean front villas).
Important: Thanks to our orientation, we have NO SARGASSUM SEAWEED (or very little in few occasions), which makes our place very rare and consequently very valuable!
After 60 feet of coral plateau, you will find an infinite sandy bottom, punctuated by coral potatoes where tropical fishes do nest in shallow waters...

The villa has its own private sandy beach frontage, where you will come across turtles, pellicans, and other extraordinary animals.
The SWIMMING POOL is overflowing, with a direct view over the sandy beach and the lagoon. It offers 2 level of depth, a glass window and is lighted at night with the color of your choice.
On each side, you will enjoy a real botanical garden, preserving your intimacy towards the neighbors.

The master-suite spreads over 70 m2 with a beautiful view ... Just opposite, you can see in a distance the famous mayan ruins of Tulum.
The bedding and linen are of the highest quality, each room having a unique design, a refined decoration, and nice views. Bath and beach towels and shower products are provided.

A TALENTED CHEF is part of our permanent staff and is fully included in our rates.
If more than 8 guests, a Chef assistant will also be put at your disposal.
Chef Juan does the grocery shopping for you. You will reimburse him based on tickets. He will contact you a few days prior to your arrival to get your requests. He has money in advance to buy everything you wish to have already at the villa for your arrival.
No grocery shopping and no cooking: this makes the stay of groups and families so pleasant and relaxing at LA MAISON MANATI!

A couple of caretakers live on site and will do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable, taking care of maintenance and housekeeping permanently.

Less than 1500 feet from the house, you will find a scuba-diving club, the beautiful "Cenote Manati" (or "Casa Cenote") and restaurants.
Nearby you can also enjoy Tulum golf course, many of the most famous Yucatan Cenotes ("Dos Ojos" is next door!), famous sites such as Xel Ha and Akumal and several adventure parks.
You will not miss visiting the famous Maya ruins of Tulum (10' drive) and Coba (45'drive), the Tulum Beach and all its fashionable clubs and restaurants, the Sian Ka'an Reserve (classified as World Heritage by UNESCO), and the tumultuous Playa del Carmen (40' drive).
