My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

The service at Encantada was excellent. We had an amazing time and I would definately recommend this hotel. Food was great, very easy to walk to get dining options.
Transportation was a bit pricey and drinks.
But excellent service

From check in, to the friendly and helpful staff & concierges that always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! It’s an 8 room property and private beach. The rooms have their own hammock outside (which I stayed in for hours), and the decor is serene and conducive to an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return and bring all my girl friends!

The service is impeccable, the property is located in a private area on the beach, and the rooms are beautifully designed to give you a tropical paradise experience. The staff and concierge will go above and beyond to accommodate your wants and needs and will address any issues immediately. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu is delicious and made with healthy and fresh ingredients.
There are only 8 rooms, so the hotel is very private and intimate. Perfect for couples, if you’re traveling alone, or with one other person. The staff makes an effort to get to know every guest by name and even remember your preferences and trip itinerary. I will definitely come back to stay here or at the other properties under the same management if I’m in Tulum.
