We were transferred to Hotelito Azul Tulum and had to argue with personal to receive an equivalent room for the 2nd night. Check out was a night mare.

Hi Unsun, we are sorry to see your score, especially since you did not have any experience at Gramercy Tulum. Due to a major restructuring, we have invited our guests to a 5-star sister hotel at no additional charge, respecting the characteristics of each reservation. You did not like the idea and decided to cancel your reservation. We offered you a refund (still in process) although we fulfilled our responsibility to find a better option for your vacation. We are very sorry to see you ruin our reputation when we, on our side, have done everything for your happiness.

Beautiful property, Most rooms look the same on the inside so the few pictures on the website are representative of most rooms. THey are all beautiful, The main difference between them is the views.
