Summary:

Very spacious and private Penthouse apartment with beautiful jungle views and natural light. The building has just 6 apartments and a shared swimming pool.



The Penthouse has 300 square meters of living and terrace space.



The Space:

It has 2 large bedrooms, both with king size beds and built-in wardrobes. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen HD TV with Apple TV and Netflix.



A functional kitchen and living space makes it perfect for relaxing in the apartment and cooking meals, with plenty of cookware and utensils, and a large fridge. There are two terraces lined with plants for maximum privacy and relaxation - in the front terrace you can enjoy an amazing view of the sunset.



Please consider that seaweed and storms are a natural phenomena that our planet does to clean itself. Keep in mind that they can not be predicted, however following our standards, we like to keep our guests informed about what may or may not happen during their stay in the jungle.



Guest Access:

You can move through Tulum town in car, bicycle or even walking. If you have a rented car, you'll have a parking spot at the building. This neighborhood is very accesible for walking to the main part of town and shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Tulum Town known as “La Veleta", this is a trendy area, chic place where you will feel the Tulum lifestyle. There are many options close by for cafes, restaurants, decor and clothing stores.



The center of Tulum town is around 15 minutes walking from the Penthouse. 10 km away is Kaan Luum Lagoon, 5 km away you will find the Tulum Ruins and the beach is just 8 km away. With the Kulkulkan road you can reach the beach from La Veleta by car in less than 10 minutes.



Getting Around:

If you would like to rent a car there is a private car space available in front of the building. Taxis are easily found on the main road which is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Tulum is also a great place to rent a bike and ride around - you can reach the beach in 20 minutes by bike. Bikes can be rented in town on the main road within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
