General Amenities & Hours:

Gym, Coworking Area & Yoga Area: Available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Laundry Room (Self-Service):
Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Swimming Pool: Available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Spa: Available by reservation only

Kaybé Clubhouse:
Includes pool, children’s area, paddle courts, gym, event room, yoga area, and bar. There is also a scenic lookout inside the sensory park.
⚠️ Paddle courts must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

General Rules:

Do not leave trash in common areas.

All trash must be disposed of in designated containers.

Zero tolerance for noise after 10:00 PM (Max. 90 dB).

Hanging towels or clothing on balconies is not allowed.

Pets must always be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the rooftop area or gym.

Use of unassigned parking spaces is subject to availability.

Motorcycles are not allowed in the bicycle parking area.

All residents, guests, and visitors must behave respectfully and courteously.

Noise or Damage Complaints:

First Warning: Notification to guest/tenant, property manager, and owner.

Second Warning: Notification of fine to guest/tenant, manager, and owner.

Third Warning: A $100 USD fine will be applied to the unit. Continued violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Pool and Rooftop Rules:

Pool and rooftop hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Pets are not allowed.

No food or drinks inside the pool.

The pool is for the exclusive use of owners and registered guests.

Proper swimwear is required.

Use the pool at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Responsible parties will be fined in case of incidents, as per internal regulations.

No speakers allowed on the rooftop.

Glassware is prohibited in both the rooftop and pool areas.

Smoking is not permitted, including electronic cigarettes.

Diving into the pool is not allowed.

If you wish to use restaurant equipment, please notify the administration in advance.
