THIS HOME WAS SCOUTED BY PARAMOUNT PICTURES FOR THE FILM "DADDY'S HOME2! FEATURING MARK WAHLBURG AND WILL FERRELL. It was so exciting to have them come out from California to photograph and film our home!

SLEEPS 16 IN BEDS

Home has a wheelchair ramp going up to the back deck with access to the master bedroom, laundry room, living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has lower sinks for handicap accessibility and also a shower with a seat in it.

This beautiful Log home is located a short 30 minute drive from Chattanooga, TN. We are not located on Lookout Mountain however we "lookout over mountains." Experience the ultimate in relaxation as you look off your porch at miles and miles of serene beautiful landscape and mountains. Grab a cup of coffee, relax, enjoy this time with your family. Best of all we are NOT a rental company. We are the owners, we live 5 minutes away and we are here to make sure you have the best vacation you have had!

This home has a wonderful inground sparkling swimming *pool, hot tub, bon fire pit and huge game room with outdoor basketball goal!

(Pool is seasonal and only open from May to October. Exact days of opening in May is to be determined so just ask!)

Just a short 5 minute drive off I-75.
Here are our rooms and the beds in each.

"Bears Cove" Main floor. King Bed. Master bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower with a seat and his and hers showerheads. Has french doors out to the pool. Also has a recliner.

"The Overlook" Top Floor. King Bed. Steps away from bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Has an ottoman that folds out into a twin bed with a thick memory foam mattress.

"Drift Away" Top Floor. Queen Bed. Reading Nook with chair.

"The Hideaway" Top floor. Note**you must walk through this room to get to "Drift Away"

"Bears Den" Basement Level. Queen Bed. Steps away from bathroom with tub/shower combo. Gameroom is also on this level.

"Rivers Edge" Basement Level. 1 Set of twin bunk beds and 2 sets of day beds one with trundle. Total sleeps 5 in twin beds.

Main level: Drive up level. 2 car garage. Pool. Kitchen, Dining, Living room, laundry, "Mountain Memories" bed and bath.

Top Floor: Sitting room with Couch, loveseat and recliner.
The Hideaway, The Overlook and Drift Away are on this level. Also 1 full bath.

Basement level: Bears Den, Rivers Edge, full bath and Game room.

This home is Tornado/Storm ready with solid poured concrete basement walls. Safe!

Stay was great but the only issue with the house was the hot tub surface that was under water was covered in some fuzzy algae film, so we did not use that.

The cabin is huge and in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room for 10 adults or more . The living room furniture is comfortable and easy for older adults to get up after sitting. Plenty of dining room for shared meals. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the back porch and taking photos from the front balcony. This would be a great place for grandparents to take adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of parking and turnaround space. Hosts were great.

Wonderful large cabin! Pool was clean and used frequently. Inside was very spacious with plenty of rooms and bedrooms for all 16 of us. Kitchen space was adequate, kitchen accessories were very useful. Best part was the front and back porch. Looked out onto the mountains and sunset every evening from the front porch. Back porch was used for quiet time when kids were napping. Overall a great stay.

Perfect for our family reunion.

We had an amazing time at this home. They even opened the pool early for us, because we were having a reunion. The property had everything we needed. The kids loved playing in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub, property, and amazing sunsets.

Very spacious

Our big family of 15 stayed at this property and barely bumped into each other! Plenty of space and enough chairs for everyone! Great game room! Beautiful yard, nice hot tub! We had a great time. This cabin was exactly what we needed. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. We would love to stay here again!!

Wonderful getaway for our Book Club

We wanted cozy places to sit and discuss books - this was perfect. We wanted to cook and eat together- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and a perfect sized table for the 6 of us. There was another large table that we didn’t use. The view was lovely, though the weather was not. If you were there is nice weather, the front porch offered lot of seating and the back yard had a fire pit. Beds were comfortable. A good place for families and kids.

The property was as described. The mountain views were beautiful, especially with the fall leaves. We enjoyed the indoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Property was easy to access and a 30-45 minute drive from Chattanooga attractions. Great for families!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is just as described. Communication was excellent with very quick responses to all our questions and needs. We incountered a minor glitch with a malfunctioning water heater that was replaced quickly. We felt safe and secure during our stay. Very pleased.
