Serendipity was a well presented BnB. The beds were very comfortable, the house was charming and had everything we needed. The directions were clear and made it an easy stay for us.

Such a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend this place, I will keep it in mind next time we visit. Very clean and tidy with everything we required. Even had towels and bedding provided which made packing much easier! Fairly close to the shops which was handy. Our car broke down on the way there but we were able to hire a vehicle from the local mechanic so we could still go up Whakapapa to ski. Only about a 45 minute drive to the snow which was handy with three younger kids.
