Location,Location,Location

Location is perfect for airport. Concierge lives on site a extremely helpful at check in and out. Helped with bags,parking etc etc. Room had veranda for views of mountains. Lovely to sit out for coffee. No breakfast though on site

Neat, close & very close to airport. Great host. Highly recommended if you're flying in or out of Tornino airport. Delicious air conditioning on one of the hottest days in Italy. We slept so comfortably

Great for a night with easy access to airport

We stayed here as our flight arrived late and it was the better option since the buses to city center stop around when we were due to land. The rooms are all refurbished and clean. The bed could have been more comfortable but for a single night was fine. The gent who checked us in was wonderful and extreamly helpful. He even told us that if we went to the town center to get the bus to Turin we would save about 4EUR each -- excellent advice! Would stay there again for a quick night. I will note that the exterior doesn't look as inviting but the interior is exactly as described.

I tried to cancel the reservation and was still charged! Poor English communication and no staff present for hours at a time when you need them most! Avoid this place. It is not a place you can rely on!

Dear guest, the following is a message from you with the relative reply that you sent me privately on the Expedia chat. I state that I have not yet made a request to Expedia for your payment, but as you well know (or perhaps) Expedia automatically charges the rooms if they are covered in the contractual terms, which we have honored with great professionalism. You accuse us of not speaking English well, but the worst thing is that you do not know how to read the rules of the reservation you have made yourself. We have sent you several messages to ask for your arrival time but nothing, you showed up at 12 and often if we can we give the room already at that time despite the check-in starts at 16.I forgot, I will be happy to request your payment because I don't feel like a thief as you defined us.And if you can think, because together with the rooms you do not buy the persons, people are conquered with education.SincerelyYOUR:I did not stay at your hotel and you still charged me for the room! This makes me very unhappy! I was unable to cancel thru Expedia. You took my money! Thieves, Robbers!! I will write bad reviews about your hotel as much as possible. Owner is very friendly and helpful. It is possible to walk to the airport via the train station but not recommended if you have luggage. The owner can arrange transport for €12, much cheaper than taxi
