Welcome to Bama Getaway!

Bama Getaway is located just ½ mile from Bryant Denny stadium, and is within walking distance to several downtown attractions, including restaurants and Government Plaza. The house can host up to 6 guests.

The Living Space:
Bama Getaway is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with beautiful furnishings and a high-end, fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering the condo, you will find a comfortable living room with a smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching the Bama Game. Pets are not allowed at Bama Getaway.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. This bathroom also has access from the living room. The second and third bedrooms have a King bed and attached bathroom with a tub shower. All three of the bedrooms have TVs.

The Outdoors:
There are 2 patios, and one small balcony upstairs. The front patio overlooks a beautiful downtown area, and is enveloped in trees and botanical calmness. One parking space is included with the property and there is additional parking on the street.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
