Our house is located on a small hill in Vorderlanersbach overlooking the Eggalm. The Rastkogelbahn with the connection to the Ski & Glacier World Zillertal 3000 are approx. 200m. away. The year-round ski area Hintertux Glacier is only 8 km. The ski bus stop, cross country track as well as shops and some restaurants are within a few minutes walk. In summer there are countless hiking u. To explore mountain bike tours. State used Mountain guides in the house.

Sehr nette Vermieter, freundlich und besorgt. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt war nicht nennenswert, da die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt, aber wenn man raus geht, hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Zillertal und dabei kann man auf der Sonnenterrasse sitzen. Skifahren war toll, noch nicht so viele Skifahrer, aber auch noch nicht so viel Schnee. Die Wohnung mit der ruhigen Lage ist optimal fĂŒr zwei Personen.

Urlaub in den Bergen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und dazu gehört auch die Unterkunft "Haus Michael".Angefangen von der wunderbaren Gastgeberin Marion, die sich immer nett um uns gekĂŒmmert hat, bis zu dem kleinen aber feinen Apartment im Keller. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: W-Lan, TV, Bachofen, SpĂŒlmaschine, Mikrowelle, sogar eine Infrarotsauna, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Kleiner Garten, Abstell- und Lademöglichkeit fĂŒr E-Bikes und Stellplatz fĂŒr Auto direkt am Haus waren vorhanden.5 Gehminuten entfernt war ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Voraussetzungen fĂŒr einen schönen Aufenthalt sind im "Haus Michael" gegeben, der Rest liegt bei jedem selbstVielen Dank fĂŒr alles.LG Ralf

Schöne Unterkunft

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Gastgeber sind nett. Die Wohnung an sich auch. Schlafbett war bequem. Die Schlafkissen könnten besser sein. Ob man auf dem Sofa im Wohnbereich schlafen kann, bin mir nicht sicher. Also eher fĂŒr 2 Personen, eventuell mir einem Kind. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung und die Lage ist perfekt. Gerne wieder.

GrundsÀtzlich alles super, Kleinigkeiten könnten ausgebessert werden

Gut gelegene Wohnung, welche FußlĂ€ufig zur Rastkogelbahn fĂŒhrt. Insgesamt eine ausreichende Unterkunft, wenn man zu zweit ist, jedoch sollten einige Sachen verbessert werden. Das wlan und die KĂŒchenausstattung ist leider mangelhaft. In der KĂŒche gibt es nur 1 Topf und 1,5 Pfannen. Hier wĂ€re eine umfĂ€nglichere Ausstattung wĂŒnschenswert.

For my wife & myself Haus Michael was the perfect accommodation & at such reasonable price . Close to Gondola , shops , Bars etc. Host Marion was amazing , nothing was too much trouble . Would highly recommend.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise fĂŒr eine Nacht in der kleineren Wohnung im Haus Michael. Die Wohnung ist im Keller. Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und eine schöne Wanderung, die direkt am Haus gestartet werden kann, empfohlen. Es ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaubsort. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und dadurch riecht es etwas muffig und die Nacht war fĂŒr uns sehr kurz (GerĂ€usche im Keller).

FĂŒr 2 Skifahrer super

Nett eingerichtete Fewo fĂŒr 2, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, reagieren auf WĂŒnsche sofort. Ich hĂ€tte bestimmt auch eine SalatschĂŒssel und ein Messerchen bekommen, wenn ich gefragt hĂ€tte;). FĂŒr Skifahrer sehr geeignet. Bei unserem Kurzurlaub war alles bestens. Nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. In der Wohnung inkl KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner ist auch vorhanden und im Preis inkl ist der schöne Blick ins Tal! „Haus Michael“ ist fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Urlaub gespeichert!

Sehr moderne Keller-Wohnung - perfekt fĂŒr Intensiv-Schifahrer

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet: KĂŒche, Dusche - alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Z.B. werden auf Wunsch FrĂŒhstĂŒcks-Semmeln etc. geliefert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön, ein wenig am Hang, aber vom Ortskern Vorderlanersbach fußlĂ€ufig gut und schnell zu erreichen (auch mit WintersportgerĂ€ten auf der Schultern). Bei ausreichend Schnee ist morgens ein Abrutschen (auf Schi) hinunter zum Tuxer Sportbus bzw. zum Einstieg ins Schigebiet Rastkogel möglich. Einziger Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie tatsĂ€chlich im Keller liegt. FĂŒr den Schifahrer, der sowieso ganztĂ€gig auf den umliegenden Traumpisten unterwegs ist und der erst abends erschöpft in das Quartier zurĂŒckkehrt, ist das kein Problem. Bei einem lĂ€ngerer Aufenthalt tagsĂŒber in der Wohnung könnte dagegen ein wenig irritieren, dass man faktisch im Keller sitzt und z.B. im großen Schlafzimmer stets auf Kunstlicht angewiesen ist.

An experience as expected - wonderfull

We rented the apartment in week 7 (2019). The apartment seems larger than described. The apartment looks almost new. The kitchen/dining area is fairly large and very nice. The oven looks brand new and 4 nice ceramic hobs and coffee machine. From the kitchen to the sleeping area there is a “room” whit space and a large dresser. We were 3 and in the sleeping area there was arranged a double bed and a single bed and still it was not crowded. The bathroom is not big, but it looks also almost new. The shower is welled cleaned an there is no calcium. In all of the apartment there is plenty of space for storage of your clothing. I have already told friends about this property and can highly recommend it.
