Great service, great room, amazing breakfast, pool, building. Nice hot shower. Everytjing was good. Sometimes the lifts were not working but the stairs were fine. The pool is very cold w of the location/ architecture the sun never gets to it but if you don’t mind a cold seim it’s beautiful.

No recomiendo reservar este hotel, yo lo reserve a través de hoteles.com y al hacer el check in me aplicaron un tipo de cambio muy abusivo, 20.7 pesos por dólar cuando la cotización en el momento estaba en 18.3. por otro lado el hotel está sobrevalorado, es viejo y las instalaciones están con mantenimiento regular. En las 11 noches que estuve jamás hubo agua caliente y los días es Tuxtla no son tan calurosos en octubre por lo que me tuve que bañar con agua fría. Además el Personal al hacer el check in poco amable y realmente no les importo mis quejas sobre el tipo de cambio. El desayuno si es variado pero calidad media.

Las habitaciones apestan horrible. Un día no hicieron el aseo y además la chapa de la recámara no se podía abrir hasta que llamaron a un cerrajero. Pésimo servicio de la gente de recepción.
