Beautiful piece of property needing some updating. My unit was nice, but grossed out with someones long hair and crumbs in carpet. My white socks were black from walking around in room. Staff friendly when asking questions.

We enjoyed a comfortable 2 day stay in our studio. The superking bed was comfortable, the airconditioner worked effectively and we had no complaints about cleanliness. Overall, the resort rooms and corridors are in need of maintenance and updating. Good value for the price however. The lovely pool area and easy access to the beach is a plus.

Straight away after walking down the corridore a strong wet carpet smell was overbearing.However the room was clean the shops surrounding the motel were nice but expensive.We stayed on a Wedsdsy night everthing was shut including the hotrl at 9ish.But i girlfriend and i enjoyed it

Poorly run , badly maintained, dirty and terrible and I mean terrible customer service on every level from checkin to beyond .. Multiple stays here for business and the area this will be the last .. and I never ever ever leave reviews like this but this time the management need to know just how terrible this is This place does not honor the location or anything at all … Just a yield for them without even a notion of being a service oriented business which ironically this is what it is and all the staff are in “the service business” You will love the beach but don’t accept this level in Australia and at this location it’s appalling representative of tourism scraping the money barrel for profit only with no reflection on environment or people or service awareness

Had such a great time here - a perfect get-away. Really nice facilities and staff, and so easy to access. Sadly our Spa didn't work in our Spa Suite, but everything else was perfect. Will certainly plan to return.

Great location very relaxing

Great relaxing location, away from the main shopping area. Room was comfortable. Room had a smell which we think was the laundry tub which needed some water down the pipe. Refrigerator was leaking water, both reported to staff. during the busy season i would recommend staying on the opposite side to the pool as the noise from the pool can be loud.

Took extremely long time to book in, so much so I asked if I could sit down. Asked for my card for $200 ‘damage charge’ and told I wouldn’t get it back when checking out, but up to 30 days later with Suncorp. I asked to pay cash as I was a pensioner!Told ‘no cash site’. I insisted and was finally granted cash deposit with condition that inspection of room be conducted before money returned at check out. Inferred by receptionist that room was quite near (just take lift near reception up to 2nd floor to your room). I have a bad hip and didn’t realise that our room was 2 buildings from reception! Husband went ahead while I rested then had to ring me to say he’d found the room and gave directions! I had to rest again on a staircase on the way. I burst into tears when I entered the tiny room with a triangular bathroom and little balcony. I was so angry I just wanted to get out of there! I phoned reception in tears and spoke to the same person who took nearly 30 mins to book me in and said I’d just got to the room that she’d inferred was close to reception, that I was in pain, disappointed with how small the room was and that I wanted my money back and wanted out of there immediately. She said she was sorry and sent someone to move us to a room close to the lift and lobby. This room had the path to the beach & garden outside and we had to keep shutters closed most of time. 3 nights sitting on bed as no chairs in room. The room was nothing like the room advertised on Wotif.com!

Great place to stay, it was a shame about the weather as we were unable to take advantage of the great pool area and the close proximity of the beach. The only problem was at 1.15am on our night the fire alarm was activated with the following warning (The Fire Alarm has been Activated Please standby for further instructions). No further instructions were forthcoming and the warnings stopped. There were no follow-up that this was either a false alarm or a technical issue
