The expansive, lush garden, bordering a nature reserve, offers endless entertainment for kids while you enjoy the tranquility.
GARDENS
The Pristine white sands of the patrolled Pottsville beach is conveniently accessed via a path connecting to the property's garden gate. Here you will also find a walking path taking you as far as Hastings Point.
Garden comes complete with outdoor shower, trampoline, cubby house with sandpit, fire pit, dining area and sofas.

GROUND FLOOR
To the front of the property you have a driveway and free street parking.

Open plan kitchen diner and access into the huge outdoor gardens.
To the front of the house there is a lounge area with Smart TV. laundry room with toilet.

Kitchen- Fully equipped for all your holiday needs.

Master King bedroom and Ensuite - Complete with gorgeous King bed & built in robes.

1st FLOOR

2nd Lounge with TV and brand new double Koala sofa bed.
Office/study nook with desk and chair.
Access the upstairs veranda with seating.

A Koala double sofa converts into a sofa bed please request linen for this at time of booking.

Family 4 piece bathroom - Toiletries provided

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with built in robes.

Bedroom 3 - Triple bunk bed - double on the bottom, single on the top with trundle and built in robes.

All linen & towels provided.

Fast WIFI is accessed throughout the house and Air conditioning to cool or heat the house can be found in all bedrooms and living areas.

The main hub of Pottsville is only a 15 minute stroll or a 2 minute drive. With plenty of shops and eateries to explore!

Hastings point and creek are only a 3 minute drive and the famous surf beaches of Cabarita - 5 minutes

Gold Coast Airport - 30 minutes
Byron Bay - 30 minutes

- A quick take away coffee or sit down breakfast at Pottsville Bake House, The Palm or Black drop cafe,
- Not to be missed, wine and dine at the very newly built Pipit Restaurant, reviews are wonderful, be sure to book!
- Fancy a night in? Plenty of options close by - Potty Mouth Pizza, Izakaya Potts or Pottsville Indian Hut.
- If you are feeling up for it, just up the road in quaint Cabarita Beach hosts the very popular and famous Paper Daisy Restaurant at Halcyon House or Husk Distilleries in Tumbulgum for an afternoon cocktail (20 minutes away).
