Room was noisy. Turned air conditioning and the fridge off but there was still a humming noise had to wear ear plugs. And curtains didn’t completely shut so room not that dark. Usually Rydges are brilliant for managing noise and light - I was disappointed.

She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, which made our stay start off on such a positive note. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The room was lovely and clean when we checked in..we stayed for 7 nights our bedding wasn't changed which would have been nice at least once..We only got complementary water refreshed once..An empty box of tissues in the bathroom was left beside our fresh towels not sure why we didn't get a new box and I had to wipe the surfaces of our bedsides and coffee area myself..the house keeping staff were friendly though..The room phone didn't work and ordering room service was a mission as they don't answer the phone.

The most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to Sheets came with blood stains 3 days in a row Smoking area disgusting had go smoke at the airport smoking area as it didn’t get cleaned at all in the 6 days I was there Pool area full of ants cups cutlery everything just stays nothing gets taken away Rooftop bar advertised was closed the whole 6 days Buffet breakfast eggs was cold roasted veges were all cold Complained to management they gave me a complimentary breakfast thankfully I hadn’t paid for full breakfast for the 6 days The only good thing was the dinner menu
